This tariff is notice to the public that the rates and charges contained in the tariff apply to all users of TICT. In addition to the charges contained herein, vessels and cargo will be subject to dues and taxes as published from time to time by and payable to Tartous Port General Company (TPGC) and the Government Authorities of Syria.

Charges

The charges prescribed in this tariff are in addition to any other tariff, notice or law or any other charges that may be owing to or levied by the TPGC. It also excludes any taxes that may be levied by the Syria Tax Authorities such as, but not limited to, value added tax. Charges for the handling of break bulk cargo will be as agreed from time to time. Payment terms are as defined in TICT Terms of Business or as agreed under the terms of a contract as applicable.
